By accessing or using FreLeads ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use FreLeads
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You must use a valid @gmail.com or @freleads.xyz email address to create an account

2. Account Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that show signs of unauthorized access or abuse

3. Platform Services

FreLeads provides:

• AI-powered lead discovery by scanning public Reddit subreddits for freelance opportunities
• Lead scoring and summarization using artificial intelligence
• Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools for organizing client data
• Reddit inbox integration for outreach messaging
• Customizable lead preferences and notification settings

We do not guarantee:

• The availability, accuracy, or quality of any leads
• Responses or engagement from potential clients
• Earnings, income, or commercial success of any kind
• Uninterrupted or error-free service availability

4. AI & Lead Scoring

• Leads are scored by AI models (Groq/Llama) based on relevance to your selected categories
• AI scores are approximate and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions
• We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated scores or summaries
• If you provide a personal Groq API key, it is encrypted and used exclusively for your lead scoring requests

5. Reddit Data & Public Content

• FreLeads scrapes publicly available Reddit posts; we do not access private or restricted content
• All Reddit content displayed on the platform is subject to Reddit's own Terms of Service
• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Reddit, Inc.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Scrape, copy, reproduce, or resell any platform data or content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with platform functionality
• Impersonate another user or misrepresent your identity
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the platform (beyond the intended interface)
• Harass, spam, or send unsolicited messages to leads or users through the platform

7. Payments & Credits

• Certain features or tiers may require payment or credits
• All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise
• We reserve the right to modify pricing, credit allocations, or feature availability at any time

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, code, branding, design, and visual assets are the intellectual property of FreLeads and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

The platform may contain links to external websites or integrate with third-party services (e.g., Reddit, Google). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party sites or services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreLeads is not liable for:

• Loss of opportunities, income, or potential earnings
• Interactions or disputes between you and potential clients
• Inaccuracies in AI-generated lead scores or summaries
• Service interruptions, data loss, or technical failures
• Actions taken by third-party services (Reddit, Google, Groq, Vercel)

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11. Account Termination

• We may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account if you violate these Terms
• We may also terminate accounts for inactivity, abuse, or at our sole discretion
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through the appropriate legal channels in the governing jurisdiction.
